DialogTech has been selected by Tech in Motion as a contender for the 2018 Timmy Award for Best Work Culture in Chicago—and you can help us win by casting your vote daily!

The Timmy Awards recognize the top workplaces for tech professionals across the country and the tech community has a chance to get involved by voting online now through October 3 to help determine who will be crowned the best in tech culture. The winner will be determined through 50 percent public voting and 50 percent judge selection.

At our core, DialogTech places the highest of importance on providing a stimulating, rewarding, and engaging work culture for all employees. This year alone we have been recognized as one of the Best and Brightest Companies to Work for in Chicago and one of Chicago’s Best Places to Work by Crain’s.

2018 Timmy Award for Best Work Culture Chicago Tech

Our culture is built on moving fast, solving tough problems, and having fun. We want the best for our team and in turn, we give our team the best. Unlimited vacation time, flex work schedules, competitive pay, free weekly yoga, a dedicated Women’s Group, and a constant supply of healthy snacks are only a selection of the perks our team receives. Among the most important of our qualities is an open forum for the continual improvement of our products, brand, and culture.

The 2018 Chicago Timmy Awards Ceremony will be held on October 24 at 1871. The free event is open to the public and will consist of tech demos, entertainment, and networking.  The ceremony will also feature presentations from Chicago’s top tech leaders.

To support us in being recognized as having Chicago’s Best Tech Work Culture, follow the 5-second process of creating an account and cast your vote each day between now and October 3!
