In addition to collecting basic caller data, such as name, phone number, geographic location, and whether they’re a new or repeat caller, you can capture the marketing source that drove the call, down to the specific digital ad, search keyword, or website page. You can also collect data from the call experience, including where the call was routed, whether or not the call was answered, who said what during the conversation, and how long the call lasted. 2. Use Call Analytics to Create a Personalized Call Experience
