DialogTech Customer Saves $70,000 in First Year While Improving Client Care

CHICAGO – July 14, 2009 – DialogTech Inc. today announced that outdoor products delivery and installation giant Go Configure, Inc., is using its phone automation services to slash overhead costs, initially by $70,000, and enable cost-effective growth of its business. The company realized an immediate savings of $62,000 because it didn’t have to hire two additional employees to handle customer calls. Go Configure also expects to save another $8,000 annually in overtime spent making outbound calls.

Prior to using DialogTech’s services, our staff was making five calls for each customer we deliver to, said Dawn Rivera, operations director for Go Configure. By using their solution to automate the notification-and-confirmation process, we have been able to double the efficiency of our staff and reduced the cost of staff and overtime by 60 percent. Without this technology, we would not have had the opportunity to grow our business without increasing our staffing expense.
