You Asked and We Listened – New Product Updates for Call Distributor, MyLeadResponder, and In-Product Invoice Access

At DialogTech we are constantly updating our platform to improve customer experience and innovate our software. We are excited to announce the following three updates based on feedback from our users.

Call Distributor Upgrades

Call Distributor, our application that provides call management and virtual call center capabilities for mobile teams, is receiving a few upgrades this month:

  • Outbound Call Recording – Many of our customers love Call Distributor’s inbound call recording feature and asked for outbound call recording as well. Outbound call recording allows you to record all your outbound Call Distributor conversations or a particular group, depending on your needs. This feature is especially helpful for training purposes, for managers who want to monitor cold calling and script control.
  • Call Distributor Sorting and Filtering  Another request from our customers was the ability to sort, filter, and display agents in the Call Distributor Manager Panel. We now offer the ability to sort your agents by priority or alphabetically. For example, if you want to only see your active agents in your call center or if you want to monitor teams doing only inbound or outbound calls, you can now do so. This feature can be extremely beneficial as your team’s structure evolves and you add additional agents.

  • Agent Panel History – When your agent logs into their Call Distributor agent panel, they will be able to view their last 20 calls from the day before. If your agents use Call Distributor integration in Salesforce or Zendesk and need to navigate to a different page, they will now be able to keep call info and notes when changing screens and easily see who they last spoke with. All of the information is safe beyond the web session.

Control Your Caller ID with MyLeadResponder

When a lead fills out a web form on your site, MyLeadResponder (or MLR, as we call it) triggers an immediate call to your sales rep, and if they accept, triggers a second call to the lead to connect the two parties in immediate conversation. This helps ensure you are connecting with qualified leads while they are still active and engaged on your website – not hours later when they may have moved on.

Now, MLR can be configured so that your company number is displayed in the lead’s caller ID, regardless of whether your rep is making the call from their mobile phone, or from home on their home phone, or on any other device. It’s a great way to support a remote sales team while still maintain a professional appearance to the leads you call.

 Invoices Available in the Portal

For your added convenience, we are now offering customers the ability to view and download PDF versions of invoices within the DialogTech portal. You will still receive invoices via email as you always have, but now you will also be able to access all your invoices in the portal itself for quick and easy reference.

Note: you will only be able to view invoices moving forward from the date of this release; no past invoices prior to this update will be available in the portal.
