We’ve recently become members of the IFA (International Franchise Association).
As new members, our first event will be the convention this upcoming weekend in San Diego, CA, where we’ll be exhibiting in booth #1004. What’s DialogTech’s connection to franchises? Well, we’ve been approached by franchises for two main reasons:
1. Store Locator – We enable franchises to route a single toll-free or vanity phone number to the nearest location. Using Store Locator, a national franchise can advertise one number and then seamlessly route callers by area code or zip code to the closest store, with the option of tracking and billing each individual franchisee for the minutes or leads.
2. Voice Broadcasting – For franchises without store locations, voice broadcasting is a great way for franchisees to generate leads. For example, if your company sets appointments or does seasonal work you can automate phone calls reminding clients about your services and confirming appointments. The franchisor can even record these messages for franchisees so messages are consistent across the entire franchise.
