Formed in 2015, the DialogTech Women's Group banded together as an informal forum for the women of DT to share success stories, advice, and adversities they face in the workplace. Since its inception, the group has led the charge on growing the company’s female demographic (by 60% in its first year), increasing the number of females in leadership positions, and introducing a new parental leave policy which offers 12 weeks of 100% paid maternity leave as well as 3 weeks of paid paternity leave.
The Women's Group now has sub-committees focused on personal and professional growth, the attraction and retention of diverse employees, and external networking for all members. They act as a shining example to the organization of how to support, empower, and champion fellow DT colleagues.
