Drumroll, please! DialogTech has been named one of Chicago’s 2019 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For. We’re thrilled to be recognized on this list for ten years (yes, ten!) in a row.

The Chicago Best and Brightest Companies award recognizes organizations committed to investing in their people. Winners are chosen based on their organization’s employee education, work-life balance, diversity, recognition, retention, and more.

DialogTech takes company culture seriously, so we’re honored to be acknowledged as one of Chicago’s best companies for ten years running.

“Culture is the backbone of DialogTech. It’s present in how we hire new talent, how we embody our core values, how we work across teams, and how we have fun growing our company and our product. Building an inclusive, innovative, collaborative, and continuously learning environment is one of our utmost priorities. We’re so proud to have our efforts recognized through receiving the Best and Brightest award,” said Amy Dolan, DialogTech’s VP of People & Culture.

Minorities in Tech

DialogTech’s Minorities in Tech group formed in February 2019 to create an inclusive space and foster a culture of originality, innovation, and progress.

The organization’s core values include establishing agency with underrepresented communities, mentoring the next generation of diverse talent and leaders, and striving for cross-cultural appreciation.

The Minorities in Tech organization is also involved in the Chicago community. They’ve partnered with the Off the Street Club and are planning a LinkedIn workshop for local college juniors and seniors.

The Women’s Group

The DialogTech Women’s Group serves as a force for positive change and a resource for women in the company. Through quarterly meetings, the Women’s Group is a space for women to share success stories, advice, and knowledge.

Since the organization’s inception, the Women’s Group has increased the number of women in the company and leadership roles. The organization also introduced a new parental leave policy with 12 weeks of 100% paid maternity leave.

In addition to hosting internal meetings, the DialogTech Women’s Group is a current sponsor of the Chicago Innovation Foundation’s Women’s Mentoring Co-Op.
