On April 30th software review website G2 Crowd released a new report ranking multiple providers within the call tracking software industry. If you are unfamiliar with G2 Crowd, it’s a platform where real users of products submit reviews of different business applications such as CRM, marketing automation, accounting platforms and other solutions.
G2 Crowd combines user ratings across a variety of categories (product features, customer service, ease of doing business, etc.) to calculate an overall satisfaction score for each application. It then pairs that with a market presence score based on factors such as company size, social media followers, and market share. It then plots a magic quadrant style matrix called a G2 Crowd GridSM summarizing the companies within the sector. The call tracking grid can be found here.

At the time of this blog post we have received 108 five-star customer reviews (the highest rating possible), more than any other company.
