Sr. Vice President of Customer Success
As DialogTech’s Senior Vice President of Customer Success, Marty leads our Customer Success, Professional Services, and Support teams in providing a framework and team devoted to DialogTech customers' business goals and outcomes. Marty has over 20 years of customer success leadership experience, primarily with marketing technology SaaS. Prior to joining DialogTech, he spent 11 years helping lead the development and expansion of the customer success organization at Responsys before the acquisition by Oracle Marketing Cloud. While at Oracle, Marty led the mid-market customer success team for North America that included the full suite of the marketing cloud, including Responsys, Eloqua, Blue Kai, Maxyiser and Datalogix.
