Chief Financial Officer

Prior to joining DialogTech, Bob was divisional CFO of HERE (formerly NAVTEQ), a $1.3 billion mapping and location services business. In that role, Bob was a member of the HERE Leadership Team, drove new growth strategies to transform the business into a cloud-based location services company, and returned the company to profitable growth. Bob owned all financial aspects of HERE’s recent $3 billion divestiture from Nokia and through to its re-establishment as a private, independent business. Bob held roles of increasing responsibility in NAVTEQ’s finance organization after joining the company in 2002, where he made key contributions during a period of 10x revenue growth, an IPO in 2004, and strategic sale to Nokia in 2008.

Earlier in his career, Bob worked on a new global services business at Motorola, helped launch the billing operations of a start-up wireless operator, Aerial Communications (later sold to T-Mobile), and developed enterprise software applications at Accenture. Bob earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management.
