Amy Dolan is responsible for talent acquisition and management, organizational effectiveness and building an award-winning culture at DialogTech. Prior to joining DialogTech in 2013, Amy developed and championed various HR programs across several industries, with a focus on compensation and benefits, diversity and inclusion, training and development, performance management and employee relations. She previously worked for Ventas, Inc., a real estate investment trust, in the healthcare industry, as well as Key Energy Services and Express Energy Services, both oilfield services companies in Houston, TX. Amy received her B.S. in Human Resources Development with a Minor in Business Administration from Texas A&M University.
