Triple Crown of Telephony – DialogTech Receives 3 Awards

DialogTech

Three is better than one, especially when it comes to awards. Today, we’re excited to announce that we’ve just received three distinct industry awards. Here they are:

1. SpeechTech Speech Luminary Award
Through lower-cost, hosted, cloud-based telephony solutions, Irv Shapiro and his company, DialogTech, have forged a way for IVR and speech into untapped spaces. DialogTech’s self-service plans cost less than $50 a month, with usage charges of pennies per minute. For those prices, users have access to voice-enabled IVR, speech-to-text-based virtual agents, call routing, voice broadcasting, and more.

While its services are not limited to small and midsize businesses, DialogTech’s proposition makes it an early innovator within the growing trend toward hosted and networked speech solutions. With leaders like Shapiro at the helm, we might expect an increasing democratization of the use of advanced speech solutions.

2. TMCnet IP Contact Center Technology Pioneer Award
The best of the best in this emergent technology that is saving call centers all over the world a great deal of time, effort and capital. We’ve chosen as winners the products with the most admirable feature sets and the best track records of dramatically improving the operations of today’s call centers.

3. TMCnet Internet Telephony Excellence Award for Outbound IVR
Technology Marketing Corporation (TMC) announced the recipients of the 2009 INTERNET TELEPHONY Excellence Awards. INTERNET TELEPHONY magazine has recognized 36 companies for outstanding achievements in IP Communications solutions.

Congratulations to the entire DialogTech team, and thank you to everyone who made it possible.
